What we collect
Very little. Your cart and saved details live only on your own device (local storage). What you type into an order (name, delivery address, notes) travels in the message you choose to send, and — once our order system is enabled — is stored securely so Chef Uzma can prepare and track your order.
Ordering by message
When you tap send, the app opens your chosen app (WhatsApp, SMS or email) with a pre-written message, or copies it for you — nothing is sent until you press send yourself. Your conversation with Chef Uzma is then governed by that platform's own terms and encryption.
How we use it
To prepare and deliver your orders, confirm them with you by message, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Data handling
Your data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers and processed in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Access is restricted by role (customer, cook, admin) at the database layer.
Your choices
There are no accounts — your saved details live on your own device and you can clear them from your browser at any time. To correct or delete anything you've sent with an order, just message or email us.
